- Personal Training/Pilates: Individual results-driven 50-min session designed to challenge, strengthen, and refine movement with expert guidance. Cross-train with weights and the Pilates reformer incorporating diverse exercises that complement and enhance your overall fitness.

Clinical Pilates: Individual 50-minute lesson where the focus treats the source, of pain/disfunction and repairs your body using Pilates principles and biomechanics. We’ll locate the origin of dysfunction and reeducate your body using various stretching and Pilates techniques, to help you move functionally and alleviate chronic pain.
- Pilates Full Apparatus: A fully personalized 50-minute, total body conditioning session that improves your flexibility, builds muscle strength, and increases endurance. We use the reformer, ladder barrel, spine corrector, Pilates chair and more to assist with correct spinal and pelvic alignment and breathing. Develop a strong core and improve your coordination and balance.
